Happy New Year Pa and Nanna.

John and I are still in town and John is digging and putting down pipes. Such a lot of work and the weather is so hot. I am keeping him supplied with drinks and food and encouraging him to rest, but he is such a goer!

Hooch is at Harmers with her friends and will arrive home on New Year's day. Immy and Ned are celebrating town, and John and I will have a quiet night "in".
